Ointment for External Use – Veterinary Application
Pharmacotherapeutic Group:
Antiseptic, Anti-inflammatory Agent.
Target Species:
Large and small livestock, odd-toed ungulates, pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats, poultry.
Composition:
1 g of ointment contains: Propolis extract 24 mg.
Indications for Use:
Used for open wounds, burns, eczema, vaginitis, mastitis, dermatitis, bursitis, scars, cracks, purulent-necrotic hoof processes, as well as for wound healing and regeneration during the postoperative period.
Form of Release:
20 g or 500 g in polyethylene jars.
Method of Application and Dosage:
The ointment is applied as a thin layer on a clean white cloth or gauze, which is then placed on the affected area of the body. Bandaging and rubbing are done 2-3 times a day until recovery.
The ointment can also be gently massaged directly onto the affected area and the surrounding tissues. If necessary, tampon applications can also be used.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf Life:
2 years.
