Pharmacological Properties:
Biozan 990 Forte is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic that combines three active ingredients—Oxyclozanide, Oxfendazole, and Ivermectin—to ensure complete deworming in cattle and small ruminants. It targets nematodes, trematodes, cestodes, and ectoparasites, providing comprehensive parasite control.

1. Oxyclozanide: Targets Fasciolosis, Paramphistomosis, and Monieziosis by disrupting the oxidative phosphorylation process, leading to parasite death.
2. Oxfendazole: Effective against nematodes and cestodes in all stages, blocking fumarate reductase and causing metabolic disruption in parasites.
3. Ivermectin: Acts on nematodes, cestodes, and arachno-entomosis, disrupting neuromuscular transmission, leading to paralysis and death.

Indications:
Biozan 990 Forte is used to treat Fasciolosis, Dictyocaulosis, Hemonchosis, Ostertagiosis, Trichostrongylosis, Nematodiasis, Cooperiosis, Esophagostomosis, Bunostomosis, Paramphistomosis, Avitelinosis, and Oestrosis in cattle, sheep, and goats.

Administration & Dosage:
The drug is administered orally, individually:

• Cattle and Small Ruminants:
  • Fasciolosis, Dictyocaulosis, Hemonchosis, etc.: 1 tablet/65 kg body weight
  • Monieziosis, Paramphistomosis: 1 tablet/55 kg body weight

Contraindications:
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or in weak and sick animals.

Side Effects:
No side effects are observed with proper dosage.

Withdrawal Period:

• Meat: 28 days for cattle, 21 days for sheep and goats
• Milk: 5 days (10 milkings)

Storage:
Store in a dry place, protected from light, at 15-25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
